- Accommodation for 5 nights / 6 days in non-A.C. rooms, tents, and non-A.C. vehicles will be arranged at each location.
- Travelers will be provided with two bottles of one-liter mineral water daily.
- Breakfast, tea/coffee, lunch, and dinner arrangements will be made every day.Â
- There will be no overnight traveling during the journey.
- Each traveler must reach Srinagar during the trip.Â
- Non A.C. vehicle arrangements will be made based on the number of travelers.
- Every traveler intending to undertake the Amarnath Yatra must obtain a valid fitness certificate from a recognized doctor at a government-approved civil hospital. The registration process for the Amarnath Yatra will be completed based on the date mentioned on the certificate. Without this process, the Amarnath Yatra cannot be undertaken.
- Each traveler during the journey must reach Srinagar. The pick-up facility will be provided by the company from Srinagar Airport, between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Other travelers will reach the hotel via pre-paid taxi from the airport.
- For the third person in the room, an extra mattress will be provided without an additional bed.
- During the stay in Srinagar, a 60-minute shikara ride for 4 passengers will be arranged in Dal Lake.
- The distance between Sonamarg and Baltal is approximately 15 km. From Baltal, it is around 18 km to Amarnath, allowing travelers to visit the naturally formed ice Shiva Lingam in the Amarnath Cave. This is possible by returning to Baltal after the evening visit to the cave.
- Individuals aged between 13 and 65 years can undertake the Amarnath Yatra.
- Tickets for the Gondola (rope-way/cable car) in Gulmarg can be booked online using a credit card. Visit https://www.jammukashmircablecar.com/
- In case the minimum required number (30 persons) is not met, breakfast and dinner arrangements during such journeys will be from the hotel. Lunch will not be provided.
- Travelers who decide to cancel the trip during such circumstances will be responsible for the cancellation of their air or rail tickets. The company is not liable.
- Room arrangements will follow the hotel’s check-in and check-out times. Travelers arriving early or departing late must wait in the hotel’s waiting area.
- Only post-paid connections from Vodafone, Airtel, BSNL, and Jio operate in Kashmir.
