- During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stay will be in general category non-star hotels.
- Departure for Haridwar will be at 7:30 am from Delhi Cantt.
- Non-A.C. rooms will be provided at all places.
- Morning tea-coffee-breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements will be by Navbharat Tourism.
- Room sharing will be between two and three persons.
- There will be no night travel during the tour.Â
- Two bottles of one litre of mineral water per passenger will be provided daily.
- Non-A.C. vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Pickup will be arranged from Delhi Cantt Railway Station and drop will be at New Delhi Railway Station.
- There will be 11 nights / 12 days stay in hotels during the tour.
- Room arrangements will be as per hotel check-in and check-out time.
- Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath is done online. So passengers themselves are requested to book helicopter tickets online.
- Organizations like Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, GMVN Ltd provide helicopter facilities to go to Kedarnath.
- Passengers who have booked helicopter tickets must mandatorily carry a doctor’s fitness certificate.Â
- We are scheduled to go to Kedarnath on the seventh day and return the same day afternoon. So booking of to and from helicopter tickets for the seventh day morning and afternoon will have to be done online.
- Passengers who have booked helicopter tickets will have to travel to and from the helipad and hotel at their own expense.
- Helicopter flying depends on weather conditions, so timings keep changing frequently. There are chances of weather deterioration in the evenings in the hills. No refreshment facilities are available at the helipad.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances like a change in helicopter flying time or cancellation of flying, passengers who have booked tickets will have to take alternate options to travel to Kedarnath. Passengers who do not return in time will have to reach the next destination of the tour at their own expense.
- Horses are an excellent option to go from Gaurikund to Kedarnath, taking about 7 hours.
