- Note
- Room size is 10”x11” feet at all places.
- Since there will be group pick up at Bangalore airport, the first arriving passenger will have to mandatorily wait for other arriving passengers. Please do not complain later regarding this.
- For third person, only extra mattress will be provided in room without bed.
- A/C vehicle will be provided for transportation during tour.
- Non A/C rooms will be provided at Coorg and Ooty, while A/C rooms will be provided at Mysore. Passengers who require A/C rooms at Coorg and Ooty will have to pay room tariff difference at hotel and obtain A/C rooms. (Subject to availability at hotel. No complaints in this regard).
- Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and evening light dinner will be provided from Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen at all places.
- Any institution associated with tourism industry always tries to provide best services to its tourists. However, in case of non-availability of booking at specified hotels due to circumstances, booking will be done in similar category hotels. Please specifically note this and do not complain later.
- All hotel rooms are not identical. So every tourist should not compare own room with other’s room and should not argue with manager/management regarding this.
- Entry fees for any sightseeing place, horse riding, boating, photography or any personal expenses will be borne by tourist.
- In case of tours with insufficient number (less than 30 persons), only breakfast and dinner will be provided from hotel. Lunch and Tour Manager will not be provided in such tours. Information of such tours will be given to tourists 10 days prior to tour departure. Please take special note of this so there are no complaints later.
- In such circumstances, cancellation charges for flight/train ticket have to be bear by passenger cancelling the tour. Company is not responsible.
- For extra night stay booking in Bangalore, the passenger has to pay Rs. 4000/- per person over and above package cost and Rs. 1700/- for extra third person.
- Since plastic is strictly banned in South India, water bottles will not be provided by company during tour. So every passenger should carry personal water bottle.
- Room will be provided as per hotel check-in and check-out timing. Passengers arriving early and checking out as per timing should wait in hotel’s waiting area.
