- The size of each room is 10″x11″ feet everywhere.
- Every traveler arriving via air or rail will reach Delhi Cantonment Railway Station between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
- Travelers arriving via air or rail to Chandigarh will reach Chandigarh by 2:00 PM, from where they will be transported to Pinjore Garden. They will join the group at Pinjore Garden. Meals during this journey will not be provided by the company.
- Local sightseeing in Manali and Dalhousie will be arranged through Union vehicles. Travelers will have the opportunity to explore Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, and Manikaran (own expense) through Union vehicles.
- Accommodation in Palampur and Dalhousie will be in standard rooms of local hotels. Each traveler should take note of this.
- Every hotel will have arrangements for non-AC rooms.
- Not all rooms in the hotel are alike, so don’t compare your room with others, and no arguments should be made with the manager or management.
- Meals will be arranged in all hotels through Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen. After breakfast in Dalhousie, departure for Amritsar will take place. Travelers not joining the Amritsar journey during this trip will be dropped off at Pathankot Railway Station.
- In case the required number (25 persons) is not met, arrangements for breakfast and dinner will be made in the hotel during such trips. Lunch and tour manager will not be available. In such a case, the company will inform you 10 days before departure. This information should be noted so that no complaints are made later.
- The traveler canceling the trip in such circumstances will have to bear the cancellation cost of the air or rail ticket. The company is not responsible.
- Depending on the number of travelers, arrangements will be made for AC vehicles. As per government regulations, AC will not function in hilly areas.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times will be followed, and travelers arriving early or checking out late will have to wait in the hotel’s waiting area.
