- Room size is 10”x11” feet everywhere.
- Air | Every traveler reaching Delhi by rail has to reach Delhi Cantt railway station by 6-30 am.
- Air | Every traveler reaching Chandigarh by rail has to reach Chandigarh by 2-00 PM, from there they have to reach Pinjore Garden at their own expense. Pinjore Garden they will join the group. Breakfast and lunch will not be provided by the company during this journey.
- Local places in Manali and Dalhousie will be visited by Union vehicle.
- Visiting Rohtang Pass and Manikanan will have to be done by the traveler at his own expense by Union vehicle.

Hotels in Palampur and Dalhousie are average compared to Shimla and Manaliwill be of level. Every traveler should take special note of this.

Non AC in hotels everywhere except Amritsar. Room arrangements will be maintained, not all rooms in hotels are the same, so that every traveler will not have to compare his/her assigned room with someone else’s room. And the manager KDo not have any kind of conflict with the management.
- Food arrangements will be from Navbharat’s kitchen everywhere except Amritsar. After breakfast at Dalhousie we will depart for Amritsar, during this journey lunch will not be provided by the company, evening dinner in Amritsar and morning tea-breakfast will be provided by the hotel. There will be no lawn arrangement.
- If the required number (25 people) is not reached in the tour, the morning breakfast and evening dinner will be arranged from the hotel. There will be no lunch. There will be no manager arrangement either.
- In these circumstances, the traveler who cancels the trip will have to bear the cancellation of the air ticket or railway ticket himself. The company is not responsible.
