- Accommodation will be in AC rooms everywhere except Munnar and Thekkady.
- Each traveler will receive two bottles of 1-liter mineral water daily.
- Morning tea-coffee-snacks and arrangements for lunch and dinner will be provided from Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen.
- A backwater ride will be arranged in Alleppey, considering the favorable time in the itinerary.
- There will be no overnight travelling during the journey.
- The tour will Trivendra to Kochi.
- AC vehicle arrangements will be made based on the number of travelers.
- Any entrance fees for places, guide fees, camera charges, tolls, gratuities, laundry, ride charges, ropeway charges, boating fees, donations, tips, cold drinks, hard drinks, medical services, travel insurance, and personal expenses need to be bear by the traveler.
- Drop service will be provided at Ernakulam Railway Station in Kochi.
- In case the minimum required number of passengers (at least 30) is not met, breakfast and dinner arrangements during such journeys will be made from the hotel. Lunch will not be provided. Tour manager will also not be available.
- In case of cancellation during this contingency, the traveler will have to bear the cancellation of the air or railway ticket. The company is not responsible.
- If the traveler returning from Kochi wishes to take an evening flight after 4:00 PM, they will arrange for an air ticket.
- Not every room in the hotel is the same, so each traveler may have to adjust to a room similar to the one assigned, with no assurance of the same room. Any disputes with the manager or management should not be entertained.
- During the journey, if the minimum required number (25 individuals) is not met, breakfast and dinner arrangements during such trips will be provided from the hotel. Lunch will not be provided, and no tour manager will be available.
- For cancellations during this contingency, the traveler will have to bear the cancellation of the air or railway ticket. The company is not responsible.
- The room will be arranged according to the check-in and check-out time of the hotel, the traveler who arrives earlier than the time and according to the check-out time will have to check out the room and sit in the waiting area of the hotel.
