- AC everywhere except Munnar and Thekkady. Room will be arranged.
- Two bottles of one liter mineral water will be provided per traveler per day.
- Except Cochin, morning tea-coffee-breakfast and morning and evening meals will be arranged from Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen. Evening dinner and morning breakfast in Cochin will be from the hotel.
- 6 breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided during the tour.
- A bank water ride will be conducted in Alppi as per the availability of time.
- The journey will be from Cochin to Cochin. There will be no overnight travel.
- A.C. according to the number in the tour. Vehicle will be arranged.

- Room size is 10″x11″ feet everywhere.
- The airport pick up and drop will be arranged for the traveler who has purchased the ticket from the air ticket block of Navbharat Tourism.
- Travelers traveling by other air tickets will have to travel from the hotel to the airport at their own expense.
- For the third person, there will be only extra mattress without bed in the room.
- Any organization associated with the tourism sector always strives to provide the best to its tourists. However, if booking is not available in the specified hotel under circumstances, booking will be done in other hotels of that type. Which will be valid for every traveler.
- Not every room in a hotel is the same, so every traveler does not have to compare his/her assigned room with someone else’s room. And not to have any conflict with manager or management regarding it.
- Entrance fee, guide fee, camera charges, porter, labour, laundry, ride, rope-way, boating, donation, tips, cold drinks, hard drinks, medical service, travel insurance and any other expenses incurred by the traveler himself at any place shall be borne by the traveler himself.
- In Cochin will be dropped only at Ankuillam Junction Railway Station. If the required number (minimum 25) is not reached in the tour, morning breakfast and evening dinner will be arranged from the hotel. There will be no lunch. There will be no manager arrangement either.
- In these circumstances, the traveler who cancels the tour will have to bear the cancellation of the air ticket or railway ticket himself. The company is not responsible.
