- Passengers traveling by air have to travel from Airport to Hotel and
from Hotel to Airport at their own expense. - Every passenger arriving by flight or railway has to reach Cochin.
- Every place except Munnar and Thekkadiya will have AC rooms.
- Not all rooms in a hotel are the same. So that no tourist should
compare his room with another tourist’s room. Also, do not have
any dispute with the tour manager or management aboutit. - Meals from Cochin to Kollam Hotel will be catered from Navbharat
Tourism’s kitchen. There will be breakfast, lunch and dinner. In
Cochin only 1 breakfast and 1 dinner will be provided by the hotel.
Lunch will not be provided. - Meals will be arranged from the hotel if the required number (25
persons) is not available the tour. Breakfast and Dinner will be
arranged from the hotel. Lunch will not be provided. - In these circumstances, the traveler who cancels the trip will have
to bear the cancellation of his railway ticket or air ticket himself. In
which the company will not be responsible. - AC vehicle will be arranged according to the number of Person.
According to government rules, AC will not work in Mountainous
areas. - Rooms will be arranged according to hotel check-in and check-out
times. Arriving early reached at the hotel and after checking out the room
according to the check-out time, the tourist will have to sit in the
waiting area of the hotel. - The traveler will have to pay for all the expenses incurred from the
Porter, Labor, Laundry, Tips, Donation, Guide Fee, Camera Fee,
Entrances Fee, Safari, Boating, Rope-way, STD Calls, Insurance,
Medical Service, Room Service, Medicine, soft drinks and self-selection. - Morning departure from Kollam to Cochin after breakfast. Will be
dropped at Cochin Railway Station. Passengers traveling by air
from here will have to reach the airport themselves.
