- Every traveler has to reach Kathmandu airport.
- Travel from Kathmandu airport to hotel and from hotel to Kathmandu airport at own expense.

- Five hundred, one thousand and two thousand rupee notes of Indian currency are not in circulation in Nepal.
- Credit cards of every bank are accepted in Nepal.
- Any organization associated with the tourism sector always strives to provide the best to its tourists.
- However, if booking is not available in the specified hotel, booking will be done in other hotels of that type. Which will be valid for every traveler.
- Every room in a hotel is not the same, so every traveler will not have to compare the room assigned to him with someone else’s room, and not have any conflicts with the manager or management about it.
- Entrance fee, guide fee, camera charges, porter, labour, laundry, ride, rope-way, boating, donation, tips, cold drinks, hard drinks, medical service, travel insurance and any expenses incurred by the traveler at his/her own choice are to be borne by the traveler himself. .
- During the tour, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be arranged from the kitchen of Navbharat Tours.
- If the required number (minimum 25) is not reached in the tour, morning breakfast and evening dinner will be arranged from the hotel. There will be no lunch. There will be no manager arrangement either.
- In these circumstances, the traveler who cancels the trip will have to bear the cancellation of the air ticket or railway ticket himself. The company is not responsible.
- The room will be arranged according to the check-in and check-out time of the hotel. The traveler who arrives earlier and checks out the room as per the check-out time has to sit in the waiting area of the hotel.
