- Room size is 10-11″ feet everywhere.
- Tour will reach Gangtok on first day and start with evening dinner.
- It is mandatory for every traveler to carry 6 passport size photographs and original identity documents (Election Card, Passport, Driving License).
- PAN card and Aadhaar card will not be accepted as proof of identity. It is mandatory to have an I-D card for a child above 3 years.All meals except Lachung will be provided from Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen. Meals in Lachung will be arranged from the hotel.
- The tour will feature any one of the three vehicles Scorpio, Xylo and Innova as the vehicles in the North East come from Union. In which only 6 people can sit in a vehicle including a child. According to the rules of the Union, the arrangement of the vehicle will be point to point only. The vehicle will change daily as per the itinerary, each vehicle is non AC. will be
- Every traveler should arrive at the reception area ready at the time specified by the manager. As the carriage comes from Union, the timing may be slightly delayed. So no one should argue about that.
- Tourists have to sit as per rotation every day.
- One luggage bag of 15 kg and one hand luggage bag per person. Only 4 to 6 bags can fit in the car carrier mentioned above. Excess baggage cannot be carried in the vehicle. So that there is no dispute regarding the luggage during the journey.
- Per vehicle for visit to Nathula pass border Rs. 6500/- to be paid separately. Nathula Pass will be closed for visiting tourists on Monday and Tuesday.
- Rs.4000/- per vehicle permit to be paid separately for zero point visit. • Non AC everywhere. A deluxe hotel (building hotel) will be arranged. As compared to Gangtok and Darjeeling, Lachung and Pelling will have normal category hotels. The traveler has to take the arrangement of room heater from the hotel at his own expense.
- If the road to Lachung is closed, overnight stay will be arranged at another place. If sightseeing of Changulek and Baba temple is not done due to any reason, sightseeing of other places will be done, which will be allowed to every tourist.
- The road and transport system is average compared to other places. thatDo not make any dispute about it.In case the tour does not meet the required number, the morning breakfast and evening dinner will be arranged from the hotel. There will be no lunch. There will be no manager arrangement in this tour.
- In these circumstances, the traveler who cancels the trip will have to bear the cancellation of the air ticket or railway ticket himself. The company is not responsible.
- As there is a strict ban on plastic in Gangtok, Lachung and Pelling, water bottles will not be provided by the company during the tour. So every traveler will have to carry a pet water bottle.
- The maximum limit of sightseeing during the day will be 4-00 hours only.
- Tourists should take the toy train ticket after 4-00 PM. If there is no sightseeing for any reason, it will not be done on the next day. Every traveler should take special note of this.
- Tourist visiting Tiger Heel has to walk from the car parking to the heel point.
- The entry fee of any place during the tour has to be paid by the traveler himself.
