Child Free upto 3 Years | It is mandatory to provide details of every tourist above 3 years at the time of booking. Birth Certificate and photo ID proof of 3 to 10 year old child has to be given. The amount of the child's tour without informing the office must be paid to the tour manager before picking up the tour. |

Include & Exclude
- Note
- Each room is 10″ x 11″ feet in size at every location.
- The tour will start with a Gangtok visit on the first day, and dinner will be served in the evening.
- Every traveler must carry 6 passport-sized photos and original identification documents (election card, passport, driving license). It is mandatory to have an ID card for children over 3 years old.
- Except for Lachung, meal arrangements will be provided from the Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen at every location. In Lachung, meals will be provided at the hotel.
- In North East, a Scorpio, Xylo, or Innova will be provided as a vehicle from the Union, and each vehicle can accommodate only 6 individuals, including children. The vehicle arrangement will follow point-to-point according to Union rules. Vehicle changes may occur daily during the trip. All vehicles are non-AC.
- Participants need to be ready at the reception area during the time specified by the manager daily. Delays may occur due to the arrival of vehicles from the Union. Therefore, there should be no complaints on this matter.
- Travelers need to sit by rotate on a daily basis.
- Each person should carry one hand luggage and one small bag weighing 15 kg. A vehicle’s carrier can accommodate 4 to 6 bags. Additional luggage cannot be accommodated in the vehicle. Therefore, no complaints will be entertained regarding luggage.
- For Nathula Pass border meeting, an additional charge of Rs. 6500/- per vehicle will be collected separately. Nathula Pass will remain closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for tourist.
- For Zero Point, an additional charge of Rs. 4000/- per vehicle will be collected separately.
- Accommodation will be provided in non-AC deluxe hotels (Building Hotels) at every location. Accommodations will be in Lachung and Pelling in standard category hotels. Room heating arrangements will be the responsibility of the travelers at the hotel in Lachung.Â
- If the road to Lachung is closed, alternative arrangements for night halts will be made elsewhere.Â
- The meeting time for Nathula Pass will be fixed by 6:00 PM every day. No objections will be entertained regarding this matter.
- If the required number of participants is not met, breakfast and dinner arrangements during the travel will be provided from the hotel. Lunch will not be provided. In such cases, the manager’s arrangements will not be applicable.Â
- Travelers who wish to cancel the trip due to these circumstances will have to bear the cancellation cost of the air or railway ticket. The company is not responsible for this.
- Due to strict restrictions on plastic in Gangtok, Lachung, and Pelling, the company will not provide bottled water during the journey. Each traveler should carry a water bottle.
- The maximum limit of sightseeing during the day will be 4 hours.
- Travellers who wish to enjoy the toy train, must take a ticket after 4 PM.
- Travelers must collect tickets for the toy train after 4:00 PM.
- If any site-seeing is not possible for any reason, it will be not arranged on the next day. Each traveler must note this.
- Travellers who wish to see Tiger Hill, need to take a walk to the car parking to Hill Point.
- Travelers must pay the entrance fee for any place during the journey.
