- Each traveler will receive 2 bottles of 1 liter Minar water daily.
- A 60-minute ride in the Dal Lake
- Travel in union’s vehicle for Chandanwadi, Betab Valley, and Aru Valley
- Tour manager is available from Srinagar to Srinagar.
- In every place, the size of the room is 10″x11″ feet.
- The company will arrange pick-up for the traveler reaching Srinagar Airport from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Other travelers will have to reach the hotel from the airport using pre-paid taxis.
- For group pick-up at Srinagar Airport, the first arriving traveler has the responsibility of guiding the subsequent travelers. No need to demand a guide.
- For the third person in the room, an extra mattress will be provided without an extra bed.
- Non-AC vehicle arrangements will be made according to the number of travelers.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner arrangements will be provided in Navbharat Tourism’s kitchen in Srinagar and Pahalgam. In Gulmarg, Katra, and Jammu, breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel. Lunch arrangements will not be provided by the company.
- Jammu/Katra to Srinagar to Jammu/Katra, the manager’s arrangement will not be available.
- Night stay at Gulmarg will be only for the Deluxe package.
- Online booking for the Gondola (Ropeway) ticket (own expense) in Gulmarg can be done through the website: https://www.jammukashmircablecar.com/
- Gondola (Ropeway) ticket booking will be done between 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Phase-1 and Phase-2).
- The hotel in Pahalgam before Gulmarg provides basic room facilities. The details are mentioned in this brochure.
- Any organization associated with the travel sector should always provide a detailed explanation to its travelers. If a booking is not available in the hotel shown during the tour, an alternate hotel will be booked. Many hotels in Srinagar have old constructions with no lift facilities and smaller room sizes. Therefore, travelers should not demand a specific hotel or room from behind.
- During Srinagar’s stay, there will be a 60-minute shikara ride for four travelers in Dal Lake Lodge.
- The visit to Chandanwadi and Betaab Valley will be arranged by Union’s vehicle from Pahalgam by Navbharat Tourism.
- Entrance fees for any place, horse ride, boating, skiing, photography, and any other expenses not mentioned will be borne by the traveler to enjoy themselves.
- Travelers will be provided with two bottles of one-liter mineral water daily.
- Vehicle arrangements will be available in sufficient numbers for traveling from Srinagar to Katra and Katra to Jammu. There will be no pick-up and drop facility. In the case of less number of travelers (30 persons), breakfast and dinner arrangements will be provided at the hotel in such travel. Lunch and manager’s arrangements will not be available. The information about such travel will be provided 10 days before the journey. Note: No need to make any demands afterward.
- Travelers canceling air tickets or train tickets will have to bear the cancellation charges. The company is not responsible for this.
- Hotel check-in and check-out time will be followed for room arrangements. Travelers arriving early and checking out on time must keep their luggage in the hotel’s waiting area.
- In Kashmir, only Airtel, BSNL, and Jio mobiles with a post-paid connection work.
